System Description: This system is used to collect and store radiation exposure data regarding visitors to the Savannah River Site. Data for each individual includes name, social security number, date of birth, sex, thermoluminescent dosimeter (TLD) number, location of bioassay sampling, and collection point of TLD. Updated quarterly, the Radiological Control and Health Physics Department uses this system as an annual input to the Health Physics Radiation Exposure Database.
