System Description: This system provides previous and current radiation exposure data for Savannah River Site employees. The Radiological Control and Health Physics Department uses the system to generate monthly, quarterly, and annual exposure data reports for selected facilities and onsite managers. Updated as dosimeters are processed, this system provides employee name, social security number, payroll code and number, birth date, area and craft codes, department, termination date, name of supervisor, and building and room location of supervisor. Exposure information includes sampling frequency for selected isotopes, thermoluminescent and neutron dosimetry data, open window and shield doses, and dates the laboratory received samples. Internal dosimetry data is included, however calculated dose information is not included.
