System Description: This system provides an historical overview of employee radiation exposures. Inputs to this system include annual electronic updates of the Health Protection Radiation Exposure Database and Previous Offsite Exposure Tracking System. The Radiological Control and Health Physics Department generates the Requested Exposure Report, which provides yearly employee exposure information from the Health Protection Annual Radiation Exposure History Database system. Personnel information such as name, social security number, birth date, sex, and hire and termination dates are in the system, as well as tritium exposure data and external dose information. The system does not include annual internal dose totals.
