Information includes instrument number, type, probe type, manufacturers' serial number, SRS property accounting number, data entry date, assigned location of instrument, indication of instrument being used in another location, last calibration date, calibration deadline, calibration location, last date of receipt, shipment date, and maintenance and repair. The system is used to recall instruments scheduled for calibration. The system is updated daily and prints weekly notices, as mandated by Manual Q2, Procedure 130, regarding routine instrument calibration. The system, however, does not provide the actual instrument calibration measurements.
