Location of Storage Media: System is backed up on Thursday evenings, using magnetic tapes stored in Building 722-5A.

System Description: This system is used to record and calculate exposure results for nonradiological samples collected by the Occupational Safety and Hygiene Department (OSHD). OSHD uses the system to link air sampling, asbestos, and laser monitoring results to personnel data. Inputs to the system include Industrial Hygiene Data Forms; outputs from the system include Air Monitoring Reports, Personnel Exposure Reports, and Representative Employee Exposure Reports. Employee information includes name, social security number, job title, supervisor's name, and site addresses. Monitoring information includes sample date, building, area, result, and environmental agent names. System will eventually include dates of birth and sex of employees. Flow Gemini replaced Industrial Hygiene's AIRSAM air sampling program in 1989.
