Series Description: This series documents the safety, training, and monitoring of radiographers, as required by South Carolina state regulations. Radiation exposure records for these employee are not maintained elsewhere. Information includes employee name; social security number; place of birth; age; work area; job; year of exposure; monthly, annual, and cumulative results for gamma and x-radiation; total permissible quarterly dose provided with accumulated dosage; and previous totals. An annual exposure report is also provided in narrative form and includes external and internal exposure data for tritium and other radionuclides.
