Series Description: This series consists of logsheets used to track the recalibration and repair of radiation detection instruments and other equipment. Information provides instrument type, serial number, date of service, equipment location, reason for repair, recalibration dates, work order clearances, checks for contamination, and inspector's name. Types of instruments and equipment serviced include alpha counters, hand and shoe monitors, airlocks, scales, scopes, neutron measurement devices, and dosimeters.
