Series Description: This series consists of data sheets documenting the visual inspection of two types of thermoluminescent dosimeters worn by employees at the Savannah River Site. Data on each sheet includes dosimeter type, dosimeter number series, number of dosimeters inspected in each series, and the number that failed. Signatures of the inspectors and dates of inspection are also provided.
