Series Description: The Building Air Sampling Records consist of computer-generated reports and worksheets which record the radiation levels of air samples from various onsite buildings. Among the different methods used were the Air Sample, Direct Alpha Counting, and Tennelec Filter systems. Information includes locations where samples were taken; dates and times of counts; run types; total count times; RCG [Recommended Concentration Guide] in DPM/M3 [disintegrations per minute per cubic meter]; total volumes of samples; detector numbers; and airheads. Also in the series are interoffice memoranda on airhead route revisions and changes to sampling procedures due to holidays or personnel changes.
