Series Description: The Building Radiation Contamination Survey Records consist of worksheets used to monitor radiation levels in onsite buildings. Among the many different kinds of worksheets included are Gamma Neutron; Hood, B-Box Airflow, and Contamination; Underline and Aisleway; Pre- and Post-Maintenance for Incident Contamination; Weekly Eye Wash and Emergency Shower; Vehicle; Women's Locker Room; Cold Area; Exhaust Screen; Cold Office; Glovebox; Housekeeping Decontamination Room; and Airlock and Criticality Drain surveys. These survey worksheets generally provide floor plans of test locations and indicate testing methods (e.g., alpha smear, dry swipe) or equipment used. Sampling results are provided in varying units. This series also contains calibration and other records concerning the efficiency of alarms, air heads, air filters, and sampling equipment; inventories of lockers, emergency response cabinets, and carts; air sampling records; Glove Change Permits; Safety Review Comment Forms; and Records of Items Leaving Radiation Controlled Areas.
