Series Description: This series consists of reports of hazardous substance releases. Data include substance release dates, quantities, locations, and levels (internal or "off normal"). Also indicated are whether the releases were "reportable," that is, whether they exceeded limits imposed by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act and other government regulations.
