Series Description: This series consists of occurrence and shift supervisor reports which document "non-reportable waste spills," that is, spills involving less than one pound or pint of hazardous waste. Data include report numbers, types, and dates; spill locations, dates, discovery times, and descriptions; and supervisors' responses. The series also contains supporting documentation, including Material Safety Data Sheets, photographs, and laboratory reports.
