System Description: This database is used to document the occurrence of "reportable" hazardous waste spills and releases [those involving more than one pound or pint of hazardous waste] throughout the plant. Data stored in the database include spill or release dates, times, causes, building locations, descriptions, report numbers, and dates of discovery.

The database is used to generate Volume V. Hazardous Spills Occurrence Reports, 1991-Current and Hazardous Substance Release Records, 1990-Current.
