Series Description: The Plants and Building Procedures Manuals series consists of procedures manuals from 1952 to 1965. Of interest to the 1957 fire is a report numbered CD56-1250, Manual of Accountability Procedures for "Plant C." This report describes processes in place before the fire occurred, including a number of flow charts indicating how and where transfers of materials, such as nitrates and uranium, took place.
