Series Description: This series consists of computer-generated reports of the Personnel Security Questionnaire (PSQ) database, which contains information culled from the PSQs filed at the Albuquerque Operations Office. The records in this series reflect the database as of January 1994 and include information from PSQs microfilmed in 1993. The series contains employee names, social security numbers, and dates of birth.
