Originating Office: Sites overseen by the Albuquerque Area Office Finding Aids: Logs containing names, birthdates, and social security numbers are kept in Room 207. Disposition Authority: Unscheduled Series Description: These are the Personnel Security Questionnaires (PSQs) completed by persons at Albuquerque Area Office sites requesting security clearances from the Department of Energy. The PSQs provide names, current and previous addresses, dates and places of birth, social security numbers, educational backgrounds, employment histories, names and addresses of family and personal references, and organizational memberships. PSQs are used to investigate the backgrounds of individuals applying for sensitive positions with the federal government and its contractors.
