Series Description: This series consists of computer-generated reports from the Mortality Study Database. The reports appear to document efforts to check certain employees' death data. Information in the reports includes employee social security numbers, names, birthdates, cities and dates of death, sex, race, causes of death, and entry dates. Also included is a list of social security numbers for employees selected for employment but who never started work at the Hanford site.
