Series Description: This series consists of data sheets used to sample waste tank exhaust systems. Information includes date, time, and location of sample, lab results in microcuries per milliliter, tritium oxide (HTO) concentration in microcuries per cubic centimeter (µCi/cc) and µCi, and amount of HTO released. Name of individual performing calculations and reference number to radiation survey logsheet is also included, as well as a copy of the guidance for sampling waste tank exhaust systems for gaseous HTO, utilizing silica gel, and determining the subsequent environmental release.
