Series Description: This series contains forms for collecting data from daily stack monitoring. Information includes facility, location, stack flow totalizer, release volume, stack number, name of person checking source, total operating hours, and date and time of monitoring. Stack monitoring provides source count results for alpha and beta-gamma activity. Results include microcuries per meter, air flow in cubic feet per meter, and stack releases in counts per minute.
