Series Description: This series consists of completed forms that record monitoring tasks and the results of routine daily, weekly, and monthly surveys. Information includes the type of monitoring, spot checks of production facility clean areas, surveys of clean waste dumpsters, surveys of mercury vapor while recharging mercury tanks, and descriptions of general housekeeping and resupply activities. Records indicate that a Radiation Survey Logsheet must be completed to document these activities. Personnel information is also included.
