Series Description: This series consists of checklists
providing safety precautions and job plans regarding work performed in radiation
controlled areas. Jobs plans provide the names of personnel conducting the
work, title and description of job performed, date and time of operation,
protective clothing required, mandatory monitoring procedures, and estimated
exposure measured by pencil dosimeter.
