Series Description: This series consists of a logbook containing information on contaminated personnel clothing. Information includes employee name, work location and shift, social security number, time, payroll number, description of clothing, contamination event, method of decontamination, indication of how clothing was discarded, and bioassay results. Radioactivity is expressed in counts per minute, and bioassay results in microcuries per liter.
