Numbers
Series Description: This series consists of survey forms
that document the conditions of the workplace environment. Survey forms include
those for air monitoring and sampling, breathing air, confined entry, heat
stress, microwave ovens, semi-annual walk-throughs, and sound. Data includes
survey dates, building locations, chemicals or other substances monitored or
sampled, flow rates, equipment used in survey, protective clothing required, and
survey results. Sample monitoring results include measurements for carbon
monoxide, condensed hydrocarbons, methane gas, asbestos fibers, oxygen
deficiency, and combustible gases. Personnel information is included as well.
