Series Description: This series consists of forms
summarizing monitoring data for asbestos, nitric acid, tin, other hazardous
materials, and confined entries. Information includes the Health Protection
office, purpose of monitoring, date, building, name of employee surveyed, job
reference, protective equipment used, comments, monitoring instrument used, and
instrument calibration data. Sample data provides sample number, pump, elapsed
time, flow rate, volume of sample, sampling methods and precautions, surveyor's
name, analyses requested, and results.
