Series Description: This series consists of logsheets indicating results of high volume constant air monitoring equipment. Information includes facility, scaler number, survey instrument serial number, calibration deadline, and detector model number. Data collected includes location, date, time, and reason for the sample. Results of 6, 24, and 72 hour samples are reported in counts per minute (c/m) and alpha activity is reported in microcuries per cubic centimeter x10-9. Results include alpha activity and plutonium and tritium, which were monitored in c/m for 6 and 24 hour intervals.

Data Elements: 81, 103, 119, 122, 124
