Series Description: This series consists of Tier II chemical inventory worksheets and computer-generated reports used to compile the annual report containing the locations and amounts of highly toxic chemicals stored at the Savannah River Site. Information includes date of inventory, chemical names, manufacturers of chemicals, types, color; whether substances are in aerosol, solid, liquid, or gaseous forms; storage information; usage information; and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) data. The annual inventory reports provide state and form of chemical, physical or health hazards, pressure, reactivity, average and maximum amounts for storage, duration of storage, number of days since last inventory report, area and building locations, room numbers, and MSDS numbers.
