Series Description: This series consists of daily, weekly, and monthly control surveys conducted by health protection personnel. Information includes completion of routine radiation or contamination survey and a record of unusual incidents or accidents. Surveys indicate alpha contamination levels of 10 disintegrations per minute (d/m) from disk smears and greater than 500 d/m on "PTS" samples.
