Series Description: This series consists of Health Physics
training records pertaining to self monitoring procedures, radiation
contamination and control, and the use of protective clothing and equipment.
Information includes names of instructors and students, social security numbers,
location of training, and topics covered in training. Course contents cover use
of instruments; exposure dose guide; dosimeters; exposure record; bioassay;
special badges; waste handling; lesson plans; copies of tests, exercises, and
check sheets documenting employee class attendance; and video presentations.
