Series Description: This series consists of routine audits and investigative reports concerning radiological safety. Audit records provide notification of scheduled audits, date, location, narrative description of findings, and corrective actions. Regularly audited practices include use of appropriate protective clothing, adherence to anti-contamination procedures, and possession of an approved Radiation Work Permit. Investigation reports provide employee name, social security number, age, and designated craft; description of incident or accident, casual factors, and corrective measures; type of resulting injury; supervisor; and investigative team members.
