Series Description: This series consists of surveys and statistics concerning the use of thermoluminescent dosimeters (TLD). Surveys cover employee training, position of identification number on badge, storage habits, convenience of badge rack to work area, actions taken on badge problems or questions, frequency of receipt of external radiation dose results, ability to interpret monthly radiation exposure reports, and timeliness of pulled badge results. This series also includes statistics from the surveys and a list of Westinghouse Savannah River Company employees who participated in the survey. Information provides roll number, employee name, initials, social security number, health protection department and area, and TLD number.
