Series Description: This series consists of a log used to record information concerning the thermoluminescent dosimeter (TLD) program in the F area. The log includes a description of the program, which involved the initiation of the use of TLD finger rings on both hands and wrists as well as body badges. A copy of the memo authorizing the program is also included. The log also contains a list of employees and their wrist and TLD numbers, reports of malfunctioning or defective badges, and descriptions of incidents involving employee contamination.
