Series Description: This series consists of cards used to
record daily radiation exposures in millirem (mrem). Information includes
employee name, payroll number, department, shift, and associated dates. Daily
dose information includes beta-gamma, gamma, neutron, and tritium totals, and
cumulative totals for beta-gamma-neutrons [skin] and gamma-neutrons
[penetrating]. Cumulative amounts indicate the number of monthly nonapproved
doses greater than 3000 mrem for skin exposures or 600 mrem for penetrating.
