Series Description: This series consists of worksheets, processing reports, and exposure summaries of unusual thermoluminescent dosimeter (TLD) results due to faulty TLD badges, film processing, or extraordinary exposure levels during specific cycles. Evaluation work sheets provide employee name, social security number, work area, and dosimeter identification number; results of technical evaluations and visual inspections of the dosimeters; diagnosis of the problem; and remedial action. Records also provide open window and shield readings.
