Series Description: This series consists of log books of nasal, skin, and clothing contamination incidents. Information provides date, employee name, payroll and department number, and description of event. Descriptions of nasal and skin contamination events include location of incident, degree of contamination, alpha measurements from both nostrils in disintegrations per minute, bioassay request dates, and initial and resampling results in disintegrations per minute per 1.5 liters (d/m/1.5l). Information regarding clothing contaminations include item, level of alpha contamination in disintegrations per minute, and disposition. Series also contains special bioassay requests, which describe the incident and provide resample results in d/m/1.5l.
