Series Description: This series consists of reports of
bioassay test results for tritium. Information includes work location, employee
name, social security number, payroll number, indication of routine or special
sample type, sampling results in microcuries per liter (TCi/l), special
indication of results greater than five TCi/l, location of survey office, sample
date, and estimated date of uptake.
