Series Description: This series consists of bioassay resampling requests and reports documenting requests for follow-up bioassay testing of contaminated workers and those delinquent in regular testing. Information includes employee name, social security number, payroll number, work location, delinquent badge number, sample volume, bottle date, type of bioassay, and results of tritium, strontium, and plutonium monitoring in disintegrations per minute per 1.5 liters.
