Series Description: This series consists of calibration certificates, measurement and testing equipment change requests, maintenance reports, quality control sheets, and related correspondence regarding industrial hygiene equipment, such as sound level meters, heat stress meters, light meters, combustible gas and oxygen alarms, and sampling pumps. Information provides acceptable ranges for exposure to chemical and physical hazards; calibration readings with associated dates, comments, and initials of calibrator. Calibration certificates indicate that the instruments were calibrated according to the manufacturer's standards.
