Series Description: This series consists of logs which were maintained to monitor conditions in radiologically controlled buildings. Entries in the logs are concerned with routine building administration and maintenance, disciplinary actions taken against employees, accidents, water leaks, power outages, abnormal radiation levels, spills, incidents, and the activation of building alarms. Also included are notes written between foremen from different shifts.
