System Description: This is a Windows format database of asbestos sampling data entered manually from Asbestos Hazard Assessment Forms. The system is mouse-driven and can be viewed, edited, or updated by entry form number. System entries have data fields for system entry dates; batch, building, and room numbers; functional areas (e.g., hallway and roof); specific locations (e.g., pipes and ducts); reference [sample] numbers; [sample] types; percentage asbestos; conditions; exposed surface dimensions; and Industrial Hygiene's recommendations. The file can be printed and backed up on a floppy disk.
