Series Description: The Asbestos Hazard Assessment Records consist of worksheets of raw data which indicate assessor identification numbers, assessment dates, building numbers, room numbers (if applicable), color codes, asbestos percentages, and pipe lengths. The records contain the types of information included in the Asbestos Database, although all of these forms may not have been entered into the system. The series also contains the Damaged Asbestos Inventory.
