Series Description: This series documents the potential hazards generated by different chemical processes performed at Rocky Flats. The series contains Process Hazard Assessment Forms, which provide process numbers, titles, building locations, descriptions, specific potential hazards, controls, and recommendations. Also included are General Area Hazard Assessment Forms, which list potential safety hazards by building. Data on these forms include building locations, managers' names, organization names, potential hazards, entry requirements, and training requirements. The series also contains some background documentation, including operations manuals, schematic drawings, and procedures.
