Series Description: The Hazard Communication Records consist of correspondence concerning environmental controls and recommended corrective actions for releases of hazardous materials onsite. Also noted in the correspondence are building numbers, rooms, and locations. Some files contain Chemical Control System Material Inventory Listing sheets, which provide chemical types (e.g., grease and acids), container types, and quantities of chemicals being stored.
