Series Description: This series consists of several different logs which document the disposal of medical waste "packets" in two drums assigned to Occupational Health. Included are the Waste Container Log, which notes waste disposal dates, packet identification numbers, descriptions, and origins; the Waste Inspection log, which contains weekly inspection data; and the Non-Infectious Medical Waste log, which contains medical waste tracking forms, transfer receipts, and processing requests.
