Series Description: This series consists mostly of inspection forms for low-level radioactive waste barrels shipped to the Nevada Test Site. The forms note waste types; radioactive, chemical, or other hazardous materials; and process numbers. Some of the records also indicate radioactivity levels (in counts per minute or millirems per hour) at varying distances from the waste barrels.
