Series Description: Verification reports were used to track amounts of nuclear materials in various facilities onsite. The reports list facilities and facility shipping codes, RIS [Receiving Inspection Station] codes, element names and codes, major element weights, MBA [Material Balance Area] codes, book and physical inventory amounts, net inventory adjustments, and normal operational losses. The reports appear to have been generated on a monthly basis.
