Series Description: This procedures manual provides guidance for the manufacture of the Atomic Materials Rail Transfer (ATMX) railcar and for the storage, handling, and assembly of explosive components transported by ATMX railcar. The manual discusses worker responsibilities; storage and transfer procedures; quantities and types of materials used; emergency controls; and general precautions. Specification drawings for the project are also included. It appears that the procedures were used in Building 664.
