The letters are between Rocky Flats, the Atomic Energy Commission, and the Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory (now Los Alamos National Laboratory), and from Rocky Flats to Oak Ridge, Sandia, and Hanford concerning the assignment and reassignment of serial numbers for "mock-ups" and assemblies.
