Series Description: This series consists of working files that contain design, equipment installation, and construction records for a wide variety of processes and monitoring devices used at Rocky Flats. Records contain project authorizations, cost estimates, engineering drawings, schematics, blueprints, handwritten notes, site photographs, correspondence, equipment manuals, and internal transmittals. Projects include removal of contaminated equipment and materials damaged during the 1957 fire, installation of plutonium filtration equipment in Building 771, replacement of breathing air piping and process waste tanks in Building 707, and improvements to ventilation and alarm systems in a number of buildings.
