Series Description: This series consists of several logs which document the activities of the X-ray Department. The series contains logs of schedules for routine X-rays, follow-up X-rays, and LTTs [Lymphocyte Transformation Tests]. Data in the logs include employee names, identification and telephone numbers, addresses, and appointment dates. Also included in the series are monthly and annual summary reports which indicate the number of X-rays taken by the Department.
