Series Description: This series documents employee job-related accidents and injuries for the purpose of tracking workmen's compensation claims. Each file records information about a single employee accident or injury. The files contain case histories, letters concerning claim payments, employees' handwritten notes describing how they received their injuries, supervisors' accident reports, diagnostic reports prepared by plant physicians and offsite clinics, and completed copies of a Colorado Department of Labor and Employment form titled, Employers' First Report of Injury.
